Billericay Street Pastors
Posted on 6 February 2017
The cubs visited the Billericay Street Pastors at St Marys Church, High Street, Billericay which is where they are based.
They are a group of volunteers who go out on a Friday and Saturday night from 9.00pm – 2.00am and patrol the streets looking out for anybody who may need their help (i.e. homeless people, people who have had too much to drink, disabled people etc).

The cubs dressed up as Street Pastors and were asked to see if they could act like Street Pastors with Phil (a real street pastor) playing a person sitting out in the rain, they had to find out what he was doing there and if he needed help. The following photos show the Cubs in action.
